Tulipan Art & Design was founded by Marc Ellmer in 2023. A Dutch citizen born in Kinshasa, he has lived in the Netherlands for the past few years. In 2017, he came to Peru for the waves and fell in love with its food, culture, and casual lifestyle, deciding to settle here. At exactly 50 years old, Marc was hit by the notorious midlife crisis and decided to leave the oil and gas industry to pursue his passion for furniture, home remodeling, and design.

Having participated in numerous renovations and designs of older Dutch homes over 100 years old over the past two decades, we've decided to call ourselves Home-Living Consultants ; an interior designer and remodeling expert who focuses on the living experience rather than simply decorating or remodeling a house/apartment.

Through his travels around the world, Marc has been inspired by the beauty of colors and homes abroad, and he would like to share his passion with Peru, where he has lived for the past seven years with such pleasure.
